It's been great. I love the positivity and hearing others stories. I think Tabatha brings a refreshing perspective to concepts I am already familiar with and holds a very good balance of being approachable and helpful while still having strong boundaries. I did like the workbooks - I'm a printer out kind of person and I found I could complete them and leave off the things that didn't speak to me as much but still have them for further exploration later.

Realizing the different fear-based languages was an a-ha moment for me. As a business owner, I put personal things off and focus on others' improvements instead of looking within. But.. "We can't pour from an empty cup." Also - Choosing to choose rather than "goal-setting" - this is my biggest take away!
