What is BitchCamp?

FAQ

BITCH Camp is Tabatha Coffey’s baby.

Based on her TED Talk, “Why You Need To Be A Bitch”, which has over 5 Million Views across more than a dozen platforms worldwide and continues to be on the most-recommended lists of TED Talks, BITCH Camp started as an actionable, real-world way to put these 5 tenets into practice to live a more full, authentic life: Bravery, Intelligence, Tenacity, Creativity & Honesty.

BITCH Camp is now an intensive, LIVE, interactive, 6-week class that empowers us to dive deep – discovering, confronting, redefining and overcoming what we see as our challenges & limitations, and encourages us to live in a more authentic way: aligned.

What does aligned mean? When all the pieces of our life: our internal thoughts, monologues, fears, hopes, needs and responsibilities are aligned with the actions of our outer selves – allowing us to focus on our true selves, goals, needs & wants – we become authentic. We can let go of what doesn’t serve our vision for our selves & our lives, and focus on what does.
That’s the only way to thrive.

All it takes is Bravery, Intelligence, Tenacity, Creativity & Honesty.

You can do it.

what will I be learning?

This

The point of BitchCamp is to help you become the best, most authentic, aligned version of you. To do that we start with helping you get clearer – something EVERYBODY needs to do, often multiple times a year.

Tabatha often refers to this part as gardening… loosening the soil and taking stock of its quality, assess the weeds sitch… Get it ready to be fertile ground to grow something amazing.

That

Once you have assessed the garden, and you’ve got some clarity on what you want vs what you need vs what you don’t, and what’s not longer serving your vision – it’s time to start building toward that vision.

This is where you learn skills that help you define and stay on track, beyond the 6 weeks. Or, in gardening terms, this is where you map how to plant those seeds, and start planting.

and/also...

Along the 6 week journey, there’s a bunch of stuff to take in. Think about it like a roadtrip with Tabatha and some new friends – and along the way, there are some pit stops and some scenic vistas you’re going to be glad you experienced.

And some really interesting stuff you probably did not know about that will change how you perceive yourself and some of the people in your life.

there are no dumb questions...

What's the schedule?

BitchCamp is one class per week for 6 weeks.

Each class is around 2 hours long.

There are also 2 Q&A/chat events - dates will posted on your schedule.

There are 2 different schedules to can choose from:

  • Group 1 is Saturday evenings 7pm Eastern/4pm Pacific (US time)
  • Group 2 is Sunday afternoon 2pm Eastern/11am Pacific (US time)

*Please note, campers are to permitted to switch groups once classes have begun.

Also, there will be no classes over the first weekend in September (Labor Day weekend (US)).

Is there homework?

Not like in school… There are downloadable, interactive workbooks every week - and it's REALLY HELPFUL (for you!) if you go through them to get an understanding of how to apply what you're learning to your own life - but there's NO 'homework' that you turn in or get graded on .

Am I really going to be LIVE with Tabatha Coffey?

Yep! Tabatha teaches each class herself - this is HER passion! And yes, you'll be able to ask questions toward the end of class and Tabatha will make sure those are answered!

What if I have to miss one of the LIVE class?

No problem - each class is recorded and uploaded overnight so it's available to watch on demand 24/7 the next morning. (sometimes sooner!)

What if I want to go back and watch again?

No problem! Each class is uploaded for you to go back to  and watch on demand.

Do I have to have my camera turned on?

Have to? No. However, it is preferred, whenever possible, to have it on during class. IT's helps Tabatha to know you're all connected. (and she loves to see your faces!)

Is this a "group class" where we all have to participate?

Not in the traditional sense. 90% of the class time is Tabatha Coffey teaching/mentoring — and about 10% of that time is voluntary participation. The Campfire Chats/Q&A are different though - that's where you can ask questions, share experience, chat, get to know each other and Tabatha - no curriculum/no agenda.

What are the Campfire Chats/Q&A

There are 2 Tuesdays (usually after Week 2 and week 4) where we open up the "classroom" video chat for everyone to hang out - no curriculum/no agenda.

You can ask questions, share experience, chat, get to know each other and Tabatha - it's casual and fun. BYOB!

Why can't I switch to the other group's class if I have a schedule conflict?

There's a lot of information happening in these classes, and we've believe that having the consistency of one group of people throughout allows people to settle into the practice and participate more freely - a new person part way through can be distracting or disruptive to some.
